David Halliday, pencil, 2 3/8" x 3 1/8"

David Halliday is an Artist. His blog is called “i AM a GALLERY”, and if you go visit his blog, prepare to spend some time there;  I had to pull myself away from his intrigue of wordletting and visual genius in order to post this… you can experience it at http://eyesofh.wordpress.com/ . His comment on one of my posts was, “What a way to meet women! You are pretty sharp…”

Thanks for sharing with us, David!

This is portrait 41 of 100.

Don’t forget to leave a comment if you want me to draw you…

  3. Well done. Love how the sun is sliding down the nose under the brim. I completely agree with the adage that “you get the face that you deserve.” Fascinating how we start coming to the surface. (Do one of me!!! Pleaseplease?)

The wrinkles in his eyes give it character the most. Simple yet classic.
